By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of these third-party payment processors. 8. REFUNDS & RETURNS
8.1 Digital Products and Services Refund Policy:
Except as noted below, all purchases of digital products and services are final and non-refundable once you have accessed, viewed, or downloaded the product.

8.2 90-Day Partial Refund Policy:
Notwithstanding Section 8.1, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within ninety (90) days of the purchase date. Approved refunds will be issued at seventy percent (70%) of the original purchase price. This partial refund accounts for fees associated with processing and operating costs incurred by us. To initiate a refund request, contact sales@medhyaherbals.com with your order details. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we detect abuse, fraud, or any form of misuse.

8.3 Trials for Health Plans:
We may offer a one-week trial period for certain Health Plans. This trial provides full access to features and support from Customer Happiness Experts, allowing you to evaluate the plan before committing to a purchase. After the trial, standard pricing and these refund policies apply.

8.4 Non-Returnable Nature of Digital Goods:
Digital products cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense. Once delivered and accessed, the transaction is deemed final. If you experience technical issues, please contact us for assistance.
